• Free callout fee applies during standard business hours (7:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday).

• After-hours callouts may incur a fee at the discretion of the business.

• A service attendance fee may apply where the booking is made by a third party who is not the property owner or where the party requesting the service is not authorised to approve and accept the quoted works on behalf of the property owner. This fee covers attendance, assessment, and reporting.

• Additional charges may apply if specialised equipment, tools, cameras, or machinery are required to carry out investigations.
