Not during standard business hours. You get a free call-out from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, and that’s the same wherever you are in our service area.
After-hours call-outs may incur a fee, and we’ll tell you what it is on the phone before we come out. If the job can safely wait until the morning, we’ll say so rather than charge you the after-hours rate.
No. You pay for the work, not the drive. We won’t load your bill because your suburb sits further out than the next one. If a job sits at the far edge of our area we’ll be straight with you about timing, but it doesn’t change what you pay.
Yes. The list above is not the edge of our service area. Book online or call us on 1300 110 230 with your address, and you’ll get a time the same as anywhere else we work. If your job is better suited to someone closer, we’ll tell you that rather than take the booking.
Both. We work for homeowners, renters, landlords, strata managers and businesses right across our service area, and the pricing works the same way for all of them. If you manage a property rather than live in it, tell us when you call and we’ll sort out access and approvals before we come out.
Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured under Licence No. 340574c, and our gas fitters are separately licensed for gas work. You’re entitled to ask any plumber in NSW for their licence number before they start, and you should. Every job we do for you is also covered by our Lifetime Labour Warranty.
Often within the hour during business hours. Our plumbers are based around the areas we service rather than being sent out from one depot, so someone is usually already close to you.
