Our camera found tree roots in the old terracotta sewer line. Under the house, the galvanised kitchen pipe had rusted through and was leaking, and the shower waste wasn't holding water.
We dug out the terracotta and re-plumbed the line in PVC with a new overflow relief gully, then relined the shower waste out to the new line. Our plumbers also ran a new kitchen line under the floor, saddled it to the joists and connected it to the sewer, before backfilling and cleaning up.

The upstairs shower overflowed through the floor waste in a house only six years old. We cleared the blockage and ran a camera down to the shaft, which showed the line was clear.
A hidden leak under the kitchen sink came from both plug and wastes and the double bowl connector. We replaced them, fitted a new 50mm trap and tested it.
A kitchen mixer was leaking in a two-year-old home. We fitted a new cartridge, installed a pressure limiting valve at the meter and added two new lever hose taps.
An outside toilet was leaking at the flush cone. We replaced the rubber, swapped a rusted flexi hose under the kitchen sink and serviced the kitchen taps.
