Your water service usually runs from the meter to the house just under the garden. If a spade or a gardener's tool hits it, turn the water off at the meter and call us. We'll repair the pipe and fit new valves if they're needed.

He then replaced the damaged section with all new pipe and fittings, a new meter isolation valve and new unions, refitted the existing meter and reconnected it to the copper line feeding the house.

We dug out a failed sewer junction beside the shaft, replaced it in PVC, then relined 13 metres of the line and reopened the kitchen and bathroom junction with a robotic cutter.
The gas cooktop in a granny flat had stopped working. The problem was the regulator on the LPG bottles, so we replaced it with new pipework, then tested and commissioned the system.
The owner had bought a new pull-out kitchen mixer. We installed it and tested it on the same visit.
Water was pooling on a balcony because the drain was choked with concrete slurry. We broke it up with a machine, flushed the line and did the second balcony while we were there.
