A sewer smell was coming from the laundry. The washing machine hose had just been pushed into a hole in the waste pipe, so we fitted a proper trapped waste connection.
Water was spurting up under the backyard pavers, and the meter's isolation valve wouldn't shut off. We rebuilt the meter set with a new valve and a pressure reduction valve, then repaired the leak.
A cold water pipe had burst. We repaired it on the same visit and got the water back on.
