Drains That Keep Blocking

If your drain blocks again soon after it's cleared, roots or a broken section of pipe are often the cause. We put a camera down to find out, then clear it, replace the section or reline it, so you're not paying for the same blockage twice.

Hot Water That's Run Out of Life

When an old storage tank stops heating or starts leaking, it's usually time to replace it. We'll give you your options, from a like-for-like tank to a heat pump, and where we can, fit your new system the same day.

Leaks You Can't See

A higher water bill, a wet patch or a meter that keeps ticking all point to a hidden leak. We trace it with pressure testing and listening equipment, then repair only the section that's failed.

Big Family Homes

ABS 2021 Census QuickStats show 79.4% of occupied homes in Engadine are separate houses, and 41.6% have four or more bedrooms. A bigger household uses more hot water, so it's worth choosing a system sized for how your family actually uses it.

Recent Plumbing Work in Engadine

Old electric hot water system beside a brick wall, and the new heat pump hot water system on the same wall in Engadine
Featured job · June 2026

A 19-Year-Old System Swapped for a Heat Pump

In June, an Engadine homeowner called us because their 19-year-old electric hot water system had stopped heating. After looking it over, we gave them their options: a standard electric system or a heat pump.

They chose a Thermann heat pump. We drained and disconnected the old system that afternoon, and our team came back the next morning to fit the new one.

We levelled a new base, fitted a new duo valve and tempering valve, ran new copper pipework to the heater, then tested every connection and reconnected the power.

The government rebate paperwork was sorted for them too. Hot water system on its last legs? Call us, and we'll talk you through your options before anything is ordered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a heat pump a good choice for my home?

It can be, especially for a bigger household. A heat pump uses less power than a standard electric tank, and it may qualify for the federal rebate, which we can help with. We'll give you options on both before you decide.

Can I get an emergency plumber in Engadine at any time?

Yes. Our phones are answered 24/7 by a real person, and we attend emergencies day or night. After-hours call-outs may attract a fee, and we'll tell you before we come.

How do I know if I have a hidden water leak?

Turn off every tap and watch the water meter. If it keeps moving, water is escaping somewhere. We trace it with pressure testing and listening equipment, so we only dig where the leak is.

Do you service Yarrawarrah?

Yes. Our plumbers work in Yarrawarrah as well as Engadine and the suburbs around them.

How much does a plumber cost in Engadine?

It depends on the job, so we look before we quote. You'll always approve a fixed price before work starts, and call-outs are free from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Hot Water or Drain Trouble in Engadine?

An old hot water tank rarely gives much warning before it stops, and a drain that keeps blocking won’t fix itself.

Rely on expert local plumbers to take care of it. Give us a call on 1300 110 230 or book online, and rest easy knowing every job is backed by our Lifetime Labour Warranty.
